What to expect
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Your profile, generation history, and uploaded records will be deleted, except limited records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
- Unused credits and unexpired benefits will expire when the account is closed, unless purchase terms or applicable law provide otherwise.
- Deleting your Motionly account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately through Google Play.
We may ask you to verify your request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
